Today we opened escrow on a "NEW" home. We are suppose to close by the end of the month. The address is 9122 Mount Wilson Street. It is a nice place with pretty much everything we could ask for right now. It has three bedrooms and a loft. Both Patty & I are excited. We keep waiting for the bottom to fallout. Everything seems to be going fine so far. I will include photos.

Congrats!!! How exciting! It will be nice to have your own place to call home. Especially before the baby. Are you building it new or is it a spec? It looks so pretty!

It is in the process of being built. It is almost done on the outside. I will be going over this weekend to take some pictures. Post them so that you can see them.
