Another Friday

I think that Friday's should be Holidays!!! Wouldn't that be nice. 4 day work weeks. Ah to only have to go to work four days. That would mean that Husbands would get there honey do lists done on Friday and they would to enjoy Saturdays as a day off as it suppose to be. Okay that is my random rant for the day.

Oh by the way, Patty is doing well. We are almost done with the house. The painters came last Saturday.

Tomorrow we are going to the Air show at Nellis. Hopefully it won't be too cold (I know I am such a wuss now).

Moved In

Well we are officially moved into the new place. Now all I need is to be unpacked at the new place. Of course the essentials are done. TV ... check, PC ... check, Bed ... check & Kitchen ... well mostly check. So now I need to lick my wounds and soak in the tub for at least a week.

The Day at the Dam (Hoover that this)

Well, Yesterday we took a little drive down to Hoover Dam & Then to Lake Mead. We went with some good friends ... the Whitakers. Patty enjoyed it as she got to sit down at the lake with either Daniela (The Mom) or Lucy (Daniela's Mom) talking and munching on goodies. While Dave (The Dad) and I were taking Isa, Jake, Nani and Camilla (Dave's Kids) out in the water. Isa really like to take the rocks and tossing them into the lake.

New Home

Today we opened escrow on a "NEW" home. We are suppose to close by the end of the month. The address is 9122 Mount Wilson Street. It is a nice place with pretty much everything we could ask for right now. It has three bedrooms and a loft. Both Patty & I are excited. We keep waiting for the bottom to fallout. Everything seems to be going fine so far. I will include photos.

Welcome

Well since the rest of my family has started using blogs ... well let's just say that I can take a hint. I will try to update it as much as possible. This is a great way for all of us to keep in contact.
